RETURN POLICY
     Discount Scrubs Outlet .com products are guaranteed.  If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase within 60 days of purchase for exchange, credit, or refund. The customer is responsible for payment of shipping for return of merchandise.  Soiled or washed products may only be returned if they are defective.  Your feedback concerning your reason is important.  Please explain the reason for returning on the packing slip.  We will not be responsible for items lost in return shipping, so we recommend that you use a trackable, insured method.
     1.  The original packing slip must be included with the return.

BACKORDER POLICY
     You will be promptly inofrmed of any backorder status.  If an item is on backorder you may choose from the following:  to cancel that item from your order;  have your order partially filled and shipped immediately; or to wait for that item to become available before your full order is shipped.  If you choose to have your order partially filled and shipped immediately, with the item on backorder shipped when available, your account will not be charged for the item until it ships, however shipping charges will be applied for each separate shipment.

SHIPPING POLICY
     In stock items will be shipped within three (3) days.  Back order items will be shipped as soon as available.  See above for full backorder policy.  Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery.  Delivery times are approximate and depend on ship-to locations, credit approval, address verification, and order processing.  Shipping is FREE on all orders!

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
     If you ever receive defective merchandise, please return it within 60 days for a refund or exchange.  Please follow the return policy outlined in the Returns Policy section.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
